No. All Tisch freshmen are required to take two semesters of Expository Writing. No exceptions.
topDo I have to meet with my advisor before registering?
No, you will receive a Registration Handbook in early June that will list what you are required to take and explain the registration process. You will be assigned an advisor as an incoming student, and that advisor will be there for you throughout your time at NYU.
